Barbara L. Bennett, 87, of Groton, worked as an administrative aide at Electric Boat for 35 years.

A. Stephen Kuenkler, 84, of Waterford, served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war and worked as a pharmacist for 40 years.

Howard Veisz, 76, of Mystic, was an attorney who sailed across the Atlantic Ocean following retirement.

Jan Miller, 83, of Niantic, worked at Electric Boat for more than three decades.

Alice E. Helgeson (nee Schwebach), 83, of Niantic, was deeply involved in her community as a church member and PTA president.
