Here's The Lineup For Newtown's Summer Concert Series
Free outdoor concerts are scheduled throughout the summer in Newtown.
NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown Parks and Recreation has announced the lineup for its 2026 Summer Concert Series.
The free outdoor concerts will be held Thursdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Dickinson Memorial Bandshell, located at 50 Elm Drive.

- June 25: The Swing Syndicate
- June 26: Al Fenton Big Band (250th Celebration)
- July 9: Keltic Kick
- July 16: Gerst Life
- July 23: One Track Mind
- July 30: Echoes of Sinatra
- Aug. 6: The Lonetown Boys
Parks and Recreation officials encouraged residents to bring lawn chairs and enjoy an evening of live music throughout the summer.
The department also announced the return of the Tuesday Tunes Kids' Concert Series, sponsored by the Friends of the C.H. Booth Library. The free children's concerts will be held Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to noon at the bandshell beginning July 7.
