Lane Closure Announced On Route 15 In North Haven

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is advising motorists of a lane closure that will be in effect over several weeks on Route 15.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that guiderail and attenuator upgrades will be performed on Route 15 southbound in North Haven, Hamden, and New Haven Exit 58 A – 46.

The project is scheduled to begin on Sunday, March 1 and be completed on Friday, April 17, according to officials.

There will be a right lane closure on Route 15 southbound in North Haven, Hamden, and New Haven Exit 58 A - 46. Southbound from Sunday night, March 1 to Friday, April 17, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Traffic control signing patterns, state troopers will guide motorists through the work zone.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
