NORTH HAVEN, CT — North Haven's open houses this weekend include an expanded mid-century modern by architect Douglas Orr in Blue Hills, owned by one family for more than 50 years, with a koi pond on 3.71 acres. There's also a split-level with the Little River running through its backyard and a 1935 house with cast-iron radiators and owned solar.

Five North Haven homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $449,000 to $899,000, according to Zillow.com.

9 Pez Court, 1 to 3 p.m., $840,000. On a cul-de-sac on nearly an acre, this 1987 house has a quartz kitchen with an island, a family room with a wood-burning fireplace that opens to a deck and a private office with built-ins. The primary suite has two walk-in closets and a jetted tub, and the fifth bedroom has its own staircase. It's a five-bedroom home with three full and two half baths and 5,151 square feet.

34 Clintonville Road, 10 a.m. to noon, $499,900. Offered for the first time, according to the listing, this 1964 split-level has a living room with a fireplace and sliders to a large deck overlooking mature landscaping and the Little River, which runs through the backyard. It's a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 1,748 square feet and a two-car garage on 0.8 acres.

527 Clintonville Road, 1 to 3 p.m., $449,000. Set back on a level 0.92-acre lot, this 1957 ranch has hardwood floors, a granite kitchen, an updated bath and a wood-burning fireplace. Outside are an above-ground pool and a paver patio. It's a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 1,344 square feet.

Make a weekend of it: Pez Court has Saturday afternoon to itself. Sunday morning starts on Clintonville Road, then heads to the Orr house in Blue Hills or the riverside split-level on Peters Court at noon, and ends back on Clintonville Road at 527.
