“Max Sinoway Little League is a cornerstone of our community,” Cicarella said. “For 75 years, the league has done so much more than teach the game of baseball, it has helped shape generations of young people by instilling values like hard work, respect, and teamwork. These are life lessons that stay with them forever, along with the friendships they build along the way. I’m especially grateful to the board members, volunteers, and sponsors who make this all possible year after year.”

Cicarella also noted how meaningful it was to connect with past leaders of the organization.

“It was great to see former presidents of the league and hear about their experiences and dedication over the years,” he said. “Their continued involvement speaks volumes about the lasting impact this league has had on our community.”

“It’s truly an honor to serve alongside such a dedicated group of board members,” said AJ Wambolt, Vice President of Max Sinoway Little League. “I grew up playing in this league, and now seeing my son take the field here makes it even more special. Max Sinoway Little League means so much to so many families, and I’m proud to be a part of continuing that tradition.”

The citation honors not only the league’s longevity, but also its role in strengthening community bonds and promoting positive youth development through sports.

Cicarella extended his congratulations and gratitude to everyone involved in Max Sinoway Little League and wished the organization continued success for many years to come.
