'The Voice’ Finalist Added To Country Music Festival Lineup In North Haven
An "American Idol" winner will serve as host and perform at the festival, which also features food trucks, activities, and more.
NORTH HAVEN, CT — Morgan Myles, a top 3 finalist of NBC’s “The Voice” has been added to the lineup of the Connecticut Country Music Festival that is coming soon to North Haven.
The festival will be held at the North Haven Fairgrounds in North Haven on Aug. 1.
Taylor Hicks, who won the fifth season of ABC’s “American Idol” in 2006, will serve as the festival’s host and also perform, according to organizers.

Organizers describe the festival as a “high-energy, one-day outdoor event designed to become a recurring annual destination for live country music in the Northeast.”
This year’s inaugural lineup also features National Nashville touring artists Annie Bosko, with special guests Mark Mackay, Kristen Brown, a top 20 finalist on “The Voice.”

Cost is $65 for General Admission. Online ticket sales only.
The festival is a 21+ event, and free parking is included with the ticket.
