Decision Made On Classes At Norwalk Public Schools For Feb. 24

A major snowstorm impacted the region from Sunday, Feb. 22, into the afternoon on Monday, Feb. 23.

NORWALK, CT — Norwalk Public Schools will be closed Tuesday to allow for continued snow cleanup and removal from school walkways, parking lots and residential sidewalks, the district announced Monday evening.

According to the district's Facebook page, taking this additional precaution will help ensure that students can travel safely to school, whether they walk or travel to their neighborhood bus stop.

All after-school activities and programs scheduled for Feb. 24 are canceled.
