Man Arrested In Connection To Tracking Device Found Hidden On Vehicle: Norwalk Police
Norwalk police said a man was charged with electronic stalking after a tracking device was found hidden on a person's vehicle.
NORWALK, CT — An Essex man arrested last week was charged with electronic stalking, according to the Norwalk Police Department.
In a news release, Police Lt. Tomasz Podgorski said the department received a report on April 16 of a tracking device found on a vehicle.
According to Podgorski, officers determined the device had been concealed within the vehicle's wheel well.

After further investigation, detectives identified Thomas Martin, 63, of Essex, as a suspect and obtained an arrest warrant through Stamford Superior Court, according to Podgorski.
Martin was arrested Friday. He was charged with electronic stalking, Podgorski said.

His bond was set at $75,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Monday, according to Podgorski.
