Rowayton Real Estate Results Mixed for 2015

Rowayton’s single family real estate results were mixed for 2015.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, available today were:

-- Total active listings showed no statistical change;

-- The number of units sold declined 15 percent;

-- Sales volume was down 18 percent, and

-- The average sales price off by three percent.
