Gunfire Strikes Home, Vehicle In Norwich, Police Say

Police received a shots-fire call early Thursday morning, according to police.

NORWICH, CT — A house and vehicle were struck by gunfire early Thursday morning in downtown Norwich, police said.

The incident occurred in the area of School and John streets around 2:50 a.m.

There were no injuries, but police found evidence of the shooting. A home and a parked vehicle had been hit.
