OXFORD, CT — An Oxford resident is $100,000 richer thanks to some luck and the Connecticut Lottery.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the anonymous resident won the big prize from playing CASH5.
The winning ticket was purchased from CiCi in Seymour, located at 385 Roosevelt Drive.
