Something New For Families Is Coming To Quarry Walk
A play-based concept for young children and caregivers is slated to open this spring in Oxford.
OXFORD, CT — A new indoor play destination geared toward young children and their caregivers is coming to Quarry Walk in Oxford.
PlayPatch Playhouse is scheduled to open in spring 2026 at the Quarry Walk development, according to a recent announcement from Quarry Walk. The space is designed for children ages 9 and under and will feature a calm, Montessori-inspired indoor play environment.

According to the announcement, PlayPatch Playhouse will offer open play, memberships, birthday parties, special events, and classes. The business will also include a cozy lounge area where caregivers can relax, work, or connect while children play.
Quarry Walk officials said the concept is focused on creating a gentle, nature-infused space where families can spend time together and build community. Retail items curated for families are also expected to be part of the space.
