The Steven A. Merrihew Performing Art Scholarships are open to Fairfield County graduating Seniors going on to pursue dance, voice and/or musical theater in college.&nbsp; Click the QR Code below to fill out your application by April 19th.&nbsp; This year one $5,000 and one $2,500 Scholarship will be awarded by a panel of adjudicators at the 2026 Parker Project Benefit Concert on Saturday, May 9th at 7pm, Mertens Theater.&nbsp; The Parker Project has awarded over $95,000 to SAM Scholarship winners and over $50,000 to students in the arts.<figure><img src="https://cdn20.patchcdn.com/users/25906283/20260407/024800/26-pp-apply-igsq-1___07144759750.jpg" id="26_PP_APPLY_IGSQ (1).jpg" data-image="26_PP_APPLY_IGSQ (1).jpg"></figure>

We’ll have an activity and guest speaker on a variety of topics, followed by a period of free play and socialization. Light refreshments will be served.&nbsp;
