Raymond Miller, 46, of Westcott Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:22 p.m. He will appear in court July 30.
Prisca Mattie Adlam, 33, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:15 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 27.

July 17
Kevin G. Soule, 34, of Hayes Road, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:47 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 3.
July 19
Anthony M. Gionfriddo, 34, of Chapman Street, Willimantic, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, three counts of risk of injury to a child, two counts of third-degree assault, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, two counts of threatening, and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 9:43 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 24.
Steven Glenn Howes, 48, of North Granby Road, Granby, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 18.
July 20
Joshua Eli Lubetkin, 21, of East Weatogue Street, Simsbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:30 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 3.
July 21
Francesca Fiona Danthony, 28, of Old Mill Court, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief at 7:30 p.m. She was to appear in court July 23.
