Juan Alberto Us-Tzoy, 31, of Franlin Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged in connection with an extradition arrest at 5:49 p.m. He will appear in court May 21.

Florence O. Sanusi, 28, of Elizabeth Avenue, Newark, N.J., was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:11 p.m. She will appear in court June 4.

April 25

Dylan Thomas Vatter, 31, of Main Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with failure to keep right at a curve/intersection and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 1:46 a.m. He will appear in court on May 6.

Davontae Raekwon Richards, 30, of Maribel Court, Bloomfield, was charged with violation of a protective order at 5:41 p.m. He will appear in court on May 7.
