July 11

Pablo Manuel Paulino, 33, of Forest Street, Torrington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:18 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 27.

Bianca Brooke Warren, 27, of Oakbrook Lane, Torrington, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:09 p.m. She will appear in court July 30.

July 13

Robert F. Attenello Jr., 41, of Stratton Brook Road, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child at 12:05 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 13.
