May 14

Megan Ann Wing, 51, of Whitfield Street, Guilford, was charged with failure to take a sobriety test and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 12:18 p.m. She will appear in court May 27.

Kirstein Mackey, 23, of Stonington Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, engaging police in pursuit, failure to display plates/inserts, violation of traffic control signals, and reckless driving at 10:23 p.m. She will appear in court May 28.

May 16

Hazel M. Vega, 23, of Shuttle Meadow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 4:41 a.m. She will appear in court May 27.

May 18

Daniel Sim, 53, of Candlewood Court, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening at 5:48 p.m. He will appear in court July 9
