New Cafe Opens In Southbury With Breakfast, Coffee And More

SOUTHBURY, CT — A new cafe offering coffee, breakfast, brunch and lunch has opened in Southbury.
Brew Cafe & Bistro is now open at 466 Heritage Road, according to the business's website.
The new cafe serves crafted coffee and specialty drinks alongside a sizable food menu featuring sandwiches, wraps, salads, soup and other breakfast and lunch options.

Among the offerings are a cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich, prosciutto mozzarella sandwich, BBQ brisket sandwich, Philly cheesesteak and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Wrap options include buffalo chicken, chicken fajita, lamb gyro and falafel.
For coffee drinkers, the cafe serves espresso-based drinks and specialty lattes, including a caramel hazelnut latte made with espresso, toasted hazelnut and caramel.

Brew also offers all-day brunch on Sundays. The cafe describes its space as a spot for "coffee dates, slow brunches, and quiet moments."
Brew Cafe & Bistro is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays.
The cafe also offers online ordering for pickup or delivery.
