Crash That Caused Traffic Mess On I-84 In Southington Cleared: UPDATE

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A two-vehicle crash in Southington Friday morning had tied up traffic on Interstate 84, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports the accident was on I-84 West between exits 31 and 30, resulting in the closure of the left lane.

The accident was first reported at 9:31 a.m., and it is now no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
