New Wine Bar To Add To Southington's Cultural/Social Scene

Following a successful soft opening on Wednesday, the new wine bar on Center Street will open to the public this weekend.

SOUTHINGTON, CT — The newest member of the Southington culinary and social scene will officially open this weekend, following a soft opening this week.

The new wine bar, Grayze Wine Bar, located at 61 Center St., Southington, announced it will open to the general public Saturday, Feb. 21, following the soft opening for friends and family on Wednesday night.

“We are honored to share our dream with you, and we can’t wait for all to see,” the owners said in a statement thanking those who attended the preview event.

Opening night on Saturday will feature three reservation windows: 3 to 5 p.m., 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., and 8 to 10 p.m.

Reservations are limited to parties of four to “keep the experience intimate and comfortable for everyone,” according to the announcement.

The bar will also be open Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

Owners described the concept as “a place to unwind, kick back, and spend time with friends,” adding, “we’re so excited to meet our community and become your new fav spot to hang!”

Grayze will then be closed Monday and Tuesday, with its first full week of business starting on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
