SOUTHINGTON, CT — Southington's weekend runs from a brick-front 1958 Cape in Plantsville to a 2014 Toll Brothers Colonial with a two-story great room, and a renovated Plantsville home near the Southington Drive-In.

Sunday's lineup also includes a brand-new Colonial built by a local architect's firm.

Six Southington homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $369,900 to $1,049,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 31

63 Peters Circle, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.), $369,900. This three-bedroom, two-bath home sits in a quiet neighborhood with a one-car garage, a heated, fully finished basement, and hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms. Solar panels help with electric costs, according to the listing, which gives the roof as about 12 years old and the furnace as about 13. Zillow lists 918 square feet, which likely doesn't count the finished basement.
