Shepherds Mentors is a non-profit organization dedicated to closing the educational opportunity gap for underserved, inner-city youth in Connecticut. We empower students to build strong academic foundations, develop critical life skills, and pursue successful futures through higher education and meaningful careers.

At Shepherds, you can help build the future of a high school student and give back to your community. We are recruiting mentors for the Class of 2030 for our partner high schools: Kolbe Cathedral Prep, Lauralton Hall and Notre Dame, West Haven, and Fairfield Prep.
