A new Japanese dining experience is coming to Southport with the opening of Hotaru, a luxury omakase restaurant designed to offer an intimate and cozy atmosphere for guests.

Opening on March 16, Hotaru will specialize in the traditional Japanese dining style known as omakase, where chefs curate a multi-course tasting experience featuring the finest seasonal ingredients and expertly crafted sushi.
