Alec Joseph Crispino, 29 of Shelton, passed away on March 28, 2026 at Yale New Haven Hospital while surrounded by his loving family and girlfriend. Alec was born on October 14, 1996, in Hartford, CT, to Thomas and Denise Crispino.

Alec was a driven and adventurous spirit who embraced life with passion and purpose. He graduated from St. Joseph High School in Trumbull, where he developed a lifelong love for hockey, and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Earth Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. Alec built a career as a management specialist with M.S.I. and further distinguished himself through certifications in ISO, reflecting his dedication to both his profession and personal growth.

Outside of his work, Alec found his greatest joy in the outdoors and the people he loved. A true lover of nature, he enjoyed hiking and once completed over 20 miles in a single session at Zion National Park. He was also a certified rescue scuba diver and from a young age could be found on his skateboard, always seeking new challenges and experiences. He shared a love of the mountains and snowboarding with his mom. Alec had a deep appreciation for great food, meaningful travel both domestically and abroad, and above all, the company of his family and friends, to whom he gave his whole heart. Fearless, kind, and full of life, he also cherished restoring a motorcycle with his father, a lasting symbol of their bond.
