Driver Hits Own Building In Stafford After Brake Failure: State Police
State police released a crash report this week after a car hit a residential building.

STAFFORD, CT — A braking system malfunction caused the car of a Stafford resident to hit his own building, state police said.
The crash took place on May 19. State police released a crash report this week.
The man told state police he was making a left turn into his driveway from Isabella Circle (92 Furnace Ave.), when the brakes on his vehicle failed, according to a crash report.

The vehicle then veered left, went off the driveway, ran through several bushes and hit a railing at the building, according to a crash report.
No one was hurt.
