Student Taken Into Custody After Using Stun Gun During Fight, Stamford Police Say
A fight involving several students broke out on the morning of April 28, according to police.
STAMFORD, CT — A Westhill High School student was taken into custody this week after she used a stun gun on another student during a fight, according to Stamford police.
A fight involving several students broke out on the morning of April 28 in school, Lt. Jerry Junes told Patch. School Resource Officers at Westhill quickly intervened and broke up the scuffle.
The student, who is a minor, had a "taser-type weapon, a stun gun," and used it on another student, Junes said. There were no injuries reported.
