Police Activity Prompts Advisory In Stratford
Police are at the scene of an "isolated incident" and advising residents in the area to remain inside their homes.
STRATFORD, CT — In an update, police said they responded around 11:15 a.m. to an address on Claudia Drive on a report of a person in a mental health crisis.
Police said access to the immediate area has been restricted, and the Special Response Team is at the scene.
“There is no threat to the public at this time,” police wrote in a news release. “Further details will be made available when possible.”

(Original post) STRATFORD, CT — Stratford police are advising residents in the Claudia Drive area to remain in their homes as they operate at the scene of an incident.
“This is an isolated incident with no general threat to the public,” according to a CT Alert message. “SPD encourages all residents in the area to stay inside their homes until further notice.”
