This weekend's open houses feature homes ranging from $379,000 to $619,900.

STRATFORD, CT — Stratford's open houses this weekend cluster in Paradise Green, where listings point to the farmers market, seasonal concerts and Brewster's Pond, and in the North End.

One Colonial's landscaping won a local beautification award, and a Lordship home is coming to market for the first time in more than 60 years.

Eleven Stratford homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $379,000 to $619,900, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 10

94 Sheppard St., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.), $535,000. New to the market Oct. 9, this updated 1946 Colonial has landscaping the listing says won a local beautification award, with full irrigation. Inside are hardwood floors, a kitchen with an island and a coffee bar, and possible fourth and fifth bedrooms on the main and lower levels. It's a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home with 1,558 square feet.
