The Town of Tolland has become aware of a scam situation targeting land use applicants. The scam is an email with an invoice attached requesting additional fees for processing your application via wire payment on behalf of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals or Historic District Commission.

Any email asking for additional information would only come from an email address ending in: @tollandct.gov
If you have received an email requesting funds, that email is NOT from the Town of Tolland. The Town of Tolland does not take nor request wire transfers of any kind. Please call the Planning and Building office at (860) 871-3601 with any questions.
