VERNON, CT — Nikolas Burba, 26, or Hartford, was charged after a crash on Interstate 84 with driving an unregistered vehicle, improper use of a plate, driving without minimum insurance, driving while under suspension, evading responsibility, driving without a license and interfering with police.

ELLINGTON, CT — Samuel Flint. 38, of Ellington, was charged with interfering with police and violating as protective order after an altercation on Orchard Street.
July 1
SOMERS, CT — James Johnson, 25, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening after an altercation on Maple Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Addy Moore, 43, of Stafford was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order via a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Deven Mercier, 29, of Ware, MA, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and interfering with police after a crash on East Street.

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Thomas Lesene, 21, of Enfield, was charged via a warrant with failure to use a turn signal, reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, improper passing, failure to drive in the proper lane, a traffic control signal violation and first-degree reckless endangerment.
