Aug. 8

TOLLAND, CT — Kurt Hoss, 58, of Tolland, was charged with impersonating a police officer and the improper use of colored lights after an incident on Baxter Road.

Aug. 9

MANSFIELD, CT — Carla Kelly, 83 , of Mansfield, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, criminal attempt at second-degree assault, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening after an incident with a machete on Middle Turnpike.

Aug. 11

TOLLAND, CT — Bryan Chartier, 48, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint after an incident on Plains Road.

VERNON, CT — Jacqueline Warwick, 54, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on West Main Street.

VERNON, CT — Julian Xavier Vargas, 10, of East Hartford, was charged via a warrant with the improper use of a plate, driving without insurance, reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, a traffic control signal violation, interfering with police and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Aug. 12

ELLINGTON, CT — Courtney Chan, 50, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a crash on Highland Avenue.

Aug. 13

STAFFORD, CT — Paul Vining, 45, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with second-degree breach of peace, harassment in the second degree via electronic communication, disseminating voyeuristic material and coercion.

UNION, CT — Miguel Fernando Guaman Carluche, 28, of Middletown, NY, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license after state police investigated an unresponsive driver on the Route 74 overpass to I-84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dean Peruta, 40, of Middletown, was charged via a warrant with violation of a protective order.

TOLLAND, CT — Nicole Jensen, 18, of Windham, was charged with DUI with a BAC of .02 or higher while younger than 21, unsafe passing (left side), failure to drive in the proper lane and following too closely after a crash on Tolland Green.

Aug. 14

TOLLAND, CT — Gary Duntz, 72, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an incident on Grandview Street.

SOMERS, CT — Margaret Gates was charged with disorderly conduct via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Following an incident on Baxter Street, James Dion, 55, of East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence and disorderly conduct and Corinne Fox, 43, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kimberly Greer, 39, of Willimantic, was charged via a warrant with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

WILLINGTON, CT — Jaioni Williams, 19, of Mansfield, was charged after an inc ident at the TA truck stop with four protective order violations and third-degree assault.
