Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 21

WILLINGTON, CT — Joseph Carabetta, 25, of Meriden, was charged via a warrant with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in a pursuit, improper passing and a lane violation in connection with a Sept. 6 incident on Interstate 84.

Sept. 23

WILLINGTON, CT — Troy Burns, 38, of Stafford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and the use of drug paraphernalia after state police encountered an unresponsive person in a vehicle on Jared Sparks Road. Burns was also arrested earlier in the day for narcotics possession.

Sept. 24

MANSFIELD, CT — Sean Fisher, 40, of Mansfield, was charged after an incident on Storrs Road with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Sept. 25

SOMERS, CT — Julio Reillo, 43, of Springfield, MA, was charged via a warrant from Rockville Superior Court with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal, mischief and fourth-degree larceny.

ELLINGTON/VERNON, CT — Jacob William Kranmas, 29, of Ellington, was charged with violation of a protective order, criminal possession of a pistol and possessing an illegal large-cap magazine following an incident on Windermere Avenue.

STAFFORD, CT — Addy Moore, 43, of Stafford, was charged after an incident at Hyde Park with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 26

MANSFIELD, CT — Taylor James Bassett, 26, of Canterbury, was charged with improper use of a plate, driving without minimum insurance, driving while under suspension and a traffic control signal violation in connection with a crash at Storrs and Frontage roads.
