Video Shows Bandits Making Off With 6 Dirt Bikes In Tolland Caper
Surveillance video has been released in a Tolland larceny case.
TOLLAND, CT — State police are looking for thieves who stole dirt bikes in Tolland.
The Troop C barracks Tuesday asked for the public's assistance in identifying those involved in the larceny, which took place Monday at approximately 3:30 a.m.
The bandits are shown in the dark of night breaking into a locked garage and stealing six dirt bikes in the area of Old Post Road and Belvedere Drive.

Said state police, "If you have any information, to include video footage of suspicious vehicles/pickup trucks and trailers around this time, please contact the Connecticut State Police - Troop C at 860-896-3200. Residents are reminded to keep garages, sheds, and other outbuildings secured at all times."
Organized theft groups are actively targeting off-road vehicles, state police said.

"Taking preventative security measures can help reduce the risk of becoming a victim," state police added.
