Car Damaged After Striking Guardrail In Trumbull: Long Hill FD

Long Hill fire officials said crews removed one of the damaged car's doors in order to remove a person from inside the vehicle.

TRUMBULL, CT — A car was damaged after it struck a guardrail Wednesday night in Trumbull, according to the Long Hill Volunteer Fire Company.

In a Facebook post, Long Hill officials said fire and EMS crews were called to Route 15 northbound in the area of the Frenchtown Road overpass around 7 p.m. after receiving a report of a crash.

When crews arrived in the area, they found a sedan had struck a guardrail and was damaged, officials said.
