Farrell first joined the Town of Wallingford’s Legal Department in 1984, after his work for the Public Utilities Commission had begun during the decade before. We want to thank Farrell for his decades of exceptional municipal service and wish him well in retirement.
“We are grateful for Attorney Farell’s service with the town,” Cervoni said. “His assistance and oversite of the town’s legal matters present a significant legacy, worthy of acknowledgement.”
