Wallingford Police Blotter: Feb. 6 Through Feb. 13, 2026

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Alexander Rodriguez, 47, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of third-degree assault, criminal lockout, and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released after posting a $7,500 bond with a court date of April 16, according to state judicial records.

Kristen L. Stumpo, 40, of Meriden, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and traveling too fast for conditions. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of March 24.

Jonathan A. Mercado, 29, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 9 on charges of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 24.

Nicholas A. Gravener-Melendez, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, evading responsibility, and reckless driving. He was released after posting a $525 bond with a court date of March 13.

Karla Delarosa, 36, of Windsor, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree threatening. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 24.

Walter M. Martinez, 36, of Waterbury, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Feb. 26.

Isaac Bridges, 32, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, was arrested Feb. 10 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 17.

Edwin Olivo, 37, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of second-degree breach of peace, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without insurance. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 18.

Johnathan P. Conrad, 49, of Plantsville, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of first-degree violating conditions of release and second-degree violating conditions of release. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond with a court date of March 17.

Nicholas J. Sabo, 33, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on charges of third-degree larceny and criminal attempt at third-degree larceny. He was being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond with a court date of March 13.

Alecia Dager, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on April 23.

Jonathan J. Vece, 41, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of criminal violation of restraining order. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of April 15.

Robert D. Semrau, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested Feb. 13 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19.
