Wallingford Police Blotter: May 8 Through May 19, 2026

Recent arrests by the Wallingford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

Christina C. Gilbert, 34, of Holbrook, New York, was arrested May 8 on charges of fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. She was released after posting a $15,000 bond with a court date of June 30, according to state judicial records.

Samantha G. Piccerillo, 19, of Cheshire, was arrested May 9 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of July 16.

Jennifer A. Bessette, 51, of Sebastian, Florida, was arrested May 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 16.

Ishrat J. Ahsan, 45, of Wallingford, was arrested May 10 on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court on July 16.

Nastacia V. Wright-Mitchell, 25, of Wallingford, was arrested May 11 on charges of third-degree assault, risk of injury to child, and disorderly conduct. She was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 16.

Devoyne Sanford, 28, of Piscataway, New Jersey, was arrested May 14 on charges of second-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree criminal trover, second-degree strangulation / suffocation, violation of standing criminal protective order, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to child, and use of motor vehicle without permission. He was being held in lieu of a $55,000 bond with a court date of June 24.

Gary Rogers, 34, of New Haven, was arrested May 14 on charges of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree forgery. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 15.

Melissa N. Whyne, 42, of Hartford, was arrested May 15 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, and driving wrong way – divided highway. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond with a court date of June 30.

Victor Molina-Avendino, 35, of Wallingford, was arrested May 17 on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of June 23.

Jose M. Pascual, 24, of New Haven, was arrested May 18 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol / drugs and failure to reinstate license within 60 days. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond with a court date of June 5.

Kevin M. Depalma, 48, of Wallingford, was arrested May 19 on two counts of third-degree assault and one count of second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond with a court date of July 22.

Yatgail Saez-Rodriguez, 46, of Endicott, New York, was arrested May 19 on a charge of making home improvement without home improvement certification. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of June 9.
