The resident claimed the $20,000 prize on Sept. 18 on a 20X CASH 10TH EDITION ticket that was sold at Big Y World Class Market at 345 Washington Avenue in North Haven, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
