Special Olympics Torch Run To Cause Delays Today: West Hartford PD

Motorists should expect delays in West Hartford from 4 to 5 p.m. on June 4 during the Law Enforcement Torch Run.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Police Department is advising motorists to expect traffic delays Thursday afternoon, June 4, as participants in the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run travel through town.

According to police, delays are expected between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. today.

The Torch Run route will proceed westbound on Prospect Avenue to Farmington Avenue before continuing southbound on South Main Street.

Police are encouraging drivers to plan alternate routes and use caution when traveling in the area during the event.
