West Hartford Seeks Owner Of Dead Cat Found In Residential Area
Officials in West Hartford are asking for help identifying the owner of a black cat found deceased near Grassmere Avenue.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — West Hartford Animal Control is asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a deceased cat found Wednesday morning in a residential neighborhood.
Officials said the cat was located April 29 at approximately 10:33 a.m. on a property in the area of Grassmere Avenue.
The animal is described as all black and wearing a red and silver collar.

Animal control is seeking to notify the owner and make appropriate arrangements.
