West Hartford's 2 Golf Courses Open For Season This Week
Rockledge and Buena Vista golf courses, both town-owned, will open this week.
WEST HARTFORD, CT — The West Hartford Department of Leisure Services announced that two local golf courses will open for the season this week, weather permitting.
Rockledge Golf Course, 289 S. Main St., is scheduled to open on Wednesday, March 25, followed by Buena Vista Golf Course, 37 Buena Vista Road, on Thursday, March 26.
In preparation, walking trails at Rockledge closed Monday, March 23, to allow staff to complete intensive course setup.

Officials said the trails will remain closed during times when golf is in session for safety reasons.
Separately, construction is underway to replace the bridge at the 8th hole at Rockledge.
