Event Details
The Gilbert Street Collective welcomes Pietro Spagnulo as one of the Artists in the show. Pietro is a woodworker and mixed-media sculptor whose practice moves between art and function. Working with the natural grain, color, and irregularities of wood, he creates sculpture, furniture, vessels, trays, and other objects for the home. Accents of cement, sand, stone, and metal bring contrast and balance to each one-of-a-kind piece.
Watch a carving demo, meet the artist and see more work during Westville Weekend! View more of Pietro’s work on his IG page: Pietro Spagnulo #westvilleweekend #openstudios #newhavenopenstudios
