Jimmies Of Savin Rock closed last December after 100 years of the family business.

The property at 5 Rock Street in West Haven has been listed by RIPCO Real Estate.

The property is listed as a “Significant Redevelopment and Value-Add Potential,” according to the marketing flyer.
