The most recent closing in this batch is 56 Banks Road, which sold Sept. 11 for $850,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home offers 1,789 square feet of living space on a three-acre lot, at $475.13 per square foot.

45 Stones Throw Road sold Sept. 4 for $970,000. The five-bedroom, four-bath home spans 5,674 square feet on a three-acre lot, at $170.96 per square foot.
The top price of the five belongs to 345 Rock House Road, which sold Sept. 3 for $1,175,000. The four-bedroom, four-bath home offers 5,401 square feet on a 3.03-acre lot, at $217.55 per square foot.

17 Herrmann Lane sold Aug. 24 for $860,000. The five-bedroom, five-bath home offers 6,052 square feet on a three-acre lot, at $142.10 per square foot — the lowest per-square-foot price of the five despite being the largest home.
Rounding out the batch, 41 Ridgeline Road sold Aug. 20 for $1,080,000. The five-bedroom, four-bath home offers 5,512 square feet on a 3.05-acre lot, at $195.94 per square foot.
What this says about the Easton market: Every lot in this batch was almost exactly three acres, yet prices ranged from $850,000 to $1,175,000 and per-square-foot rates swung from $142.10 to $475.13 — on largely uniform land, the house itself is doing all the differentiating.
