WESTON, CT — A historic Weston Tudor-style estate has hit the market for $3.149 million, according to a listing on Zillow.com.
The property at 214 Good Hill Road sits on nearly five acres and includes more than 11,000 square feet of living space with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theater, billiard room, library and multiple fireplaces, according to the Zillow listing.
Originally built in 1918, the estate — known as “Rock Ledge” — was once home to “Godspell” author John-Michael Tebelak and also includes a carriage house, separate guest residence and converted barn, according to Zillow.com.
