Norwalk Developer Proposes 157-Unit Housing Development In Westport: Report
The proposed development would be in Saugatuck, where the rejected Hamlet project was to be located.
WESTPORT, CT — A Norwalk-based developer is reportedly proposing a 157-unit apartment complex in Westport near the site of the rejected, controversial Hamlet development.
Spinnaker Real Estate Partners is proposing the new project at 606 Riverside Ave. in the town's Saugatuck section, the Hartford Business Journal wrote.
Under the plan, the complex would have mixed-use elements, and 18 of the 157 units would be deemed affordable.

Earlier this year, Spinnaker reportedly bought two properties in Saugatuck, the 1.5-acre 606 Riverside site, and a 0.37-acre parking lot at 96 Franklin St.
