Community members can donate or consign items ahead of the sale. All donations are tax-deductible, and consignors receive 50 percent of the ticket price for items sold on Saturday.
Minks to Sinks was first organized by volunteers in 1931 and now has more than 90 years of history in Wilton with nearly 200 volunteers. Organizers say the event also promotes reuse by giving quality items a second life while generating funding for FCA.
