Windsor Restaurant Back Open After Shutdown
The Windsor restaurant says it reopened after closing temporarily to complete kitchen upgrades.
WINDSOR, CT — Windsor Asian Bistro has reopened after a short closure to complete kitchen upgrades and equipment improvements at its restaurant at 700 Poquonock Ave., Windsor.
The restaurant first announced Feb. 19 that it would temporarily close to complete improvements to its kitchen and equipment.
“We are temporarily closed to complete kitchen upgrades and equipment improvements to better serve our guests,” the restaurant said at the time.

On March 5, the restaurant announced it had reopened and was welcoming customers back.
“We’ve missed you,” the restaurant wrote in a message to customers. “To our loyal guests: Thank you for your understanding during our temporary closure. We are officially back in business and ready to provide you with an even better dining experience than before.”

The restaurant encouraged customers to return, adding: “Come hungry—we’re open and ready to serve.”
