WINDSOR, CT — Windsor's open houses this weekend include two new-construction Colonials, one on nearly 1.5 acres in a farming area and one still being built, and a 2017 ranch in the Villages of Poquonock with a pool and clubhouse.

Three Windsor homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, with prices from $445,000 to $650,000, according to Zillow.com.

This new Colonial sits on nearly 1.5 acres in a farming area near the highways and the airport, according to the listing, with luxury vinyl floors in the main living areas and carpeted bedrooms.
