Business Sets Soft Opening Date In East Windsor
The new bakery in Sophia's Plaza plans to open its doors Saturday with cupcakes, donuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls and more.
EAST WINDSOR, CT — A new East Windsor bakery is ready to open its doors.
Molly’s Sweet Spot announced it will hold a soft opening Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 122 Prospect Hill Road in Sophia’s Plaza.
The bakery said it plans to have a full case of treats for the opening, including s’mores cupcakes, cookies and cream donuts, cinnamon rolls, double chocolate chip cookies, decorated cookies, cakesicles and more.

The opening comes after owner Molly Francia previously announced plans to bring the bakery to East Windsor this summer.
Molly’s Sweet Spot is expected to offer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, donuts and other desserts. The business also plans to offer custom cakes and desserts by order, along with walk-in options for customers looking to grab treats on the go.
